Q: WHY WOULD I WANT A INVITATION DESIGN PACKAGE FROM THE WEDDING NOTEBOOK?

Our full-service packages are unlike any other companies. You are well taken care of, from the beginning of designing the look of your invitations, to sending you proofs to review, to printing and cardmaking. So there are no hidden, extra charges and you dont have to worry about a thing. All materials are included with our price quote so it's hassle-free and easy. We have very fast turn around time, usually within 2 weeks after your wording is ready.

Q: WHEN SHOULD I CONSULT WITH THE SPECIALISTS/DESIGNERS?

Generally brides contact us from as long as 12 months ahead or as late as merely 2-3 months before their wedding with rush services, since we design, print and make the cards all in house, time is very flexible and we will do whatever we can to deliver our cards to you according to your time-line. Of course it's always good to have extra time on hand.

Q: CAN I DESIGN MY OWN INVITATIONS BUT HAVE YOU PRINT THEM?

Yes, if you are a professional designer yourself and have done your own design, or have your designs exactly in mind and would just like to create and print it, we also offer printing services with your Illustrator or Photoshop file, please email us to inquire. We also do beautiful laser cutting and adhesive service so you can print with us, peel off invite printing card and apply to any other material your creativity leads you!

Q: ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP US IF WE ARE OUT OF TOWN?

Definitely! With the convenience of emails, live chat and phone calls. We are able to consult and chat with you no matter where you are. Most of our clients are international, and we deliver printing proofs over emails within the week and then UPS ship our finished cards to you so no matter where you are, we'd love to help you.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THIS DESIGN & PRINTING PROCESS TAKE?

Unless your designs are very intricate, designing process is usually done within 1-2 weeks (upon receiving your wording and directions). After you have approved the proofs, it's usually within 1-2 weeks to print them with our digital press. Then another 1-2 weeks of card-making and we can deliver. To quicken the process, we encourage brides to send us their wording and keep their edits and changes to a minimum. If you have a specific time-line, please let us know early and we can accomodate you, otherwise our average order is about 2-4 weeks turnaround time, if you need it within 1-2 weeks, it is absolutely possible, but a rush fee will apply for us to finish under 2 weeks and bump you in our production schedule.

Q: I HAVE TO SHOW MY PARENTS THE SAMPLE FIRST, HOW DO I OBTAIN A SAMPLE PACKAGE?

Very easy! You can request a sample package in the design you'd like by filling out this page, we will then send you a package in the mail, you may also let us know the quantity of cards you are looking for in an email so we can include a price quote to your package with your sample package.

By ordering with us, you also will receive graphic proofs and sample card before we print the lots.

Q: THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT KIND OF INVITATION PRINTING ONLINE, I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

I agree, there are many options online. In my opinion, the most important aspect for wedding invitation printing is really QUALITY. DESIGN. and UNIQUENESS.

QUALITY. We are equipped with a HP S2000 printing press. This prestigeous digital printing press is unlike any other! The resulting printing is photo quality with smooth fonts, crisp lines and the highest resolution possible. We encourage brides to use their favourite photos and take advantage of our top-of-the-line printing press.

DESIGN. Our award winning design team can offer you unique designs you never thought was possible. We consult you with what you want, and then offer you ideas and designs that are unique and impressive to your guests opening them in the mail!

UNIQUENESS. Unlike any other printing services, we offer custom made invitations made with fabric, plastic, handmade paper. If you are a modern bride wanting a simple and clean card with beautiful fonts? No problem. What's more, if you are a daring and creative bride that wants to explore different material options and create stunning, never-before invitations that are special to your wedding that no-one has ever seen -- you are in for a treat! You will be wowed by our creative team and the special custom made invitations we can design and create for you.

Q: I HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND I'D LIKE, BUT NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COLLECTION, CAN YOU CUSTOM DESIGN?

Absolutely! Beside our collections which are popular and affordable, we also offer custom design service, where you can show us any ideas, and we can create for you, custom design will be based on your consultation.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I AM GETTING?

Our specialists will first begin with a phone or email chat consultation to make sure we know exactly what you would like. Then we are in close contact and email correspondence to show you our design process and get your feedback. Once you have chosen your design and approve your proofs, we will create the custom-made card and send a sample to you so you can see, touch and feel your new invitation card! You will know exactly what you are getting!

Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FINISHED PRODUCT?

The finished printing will be packed securely and delivered to you by UPS or FEDEX ground so it will arrive at your door in a quick and secured method. You may also upgrade courier services to urgent overnight, express shipping or signature service if necessarily. All packages are insured for $100 value, add more if you'll need. Shipping is $30-35 to US & Canada. $60-75 for all other countries using UPS Air.

Q: I HAVE A SPECIFIC COLOR THEME IN MIND FOR MY WEDDING, IS THAT OKAY?

Absolutely! Check out our color palette for available ribbon and cardstock, and keep in mind that we can always special order colored ribbon and card for you as well so you are not bound to those choices.

Q: I NEED THIS URGENTLY? IS IT POSSIBLE?

We recommend brides to contact us 4-9 months before the wedding but Rush Service is also available for those that might not have the time. Contact us and let us know how soon you need the design and printing for and we can accomodate you, a 20% rush fee might apply if our printing schedule is booked and you want to jump the line, so dont delay!

IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW OUR TERMS & POLICY BELOW:

For our custom-made clients, you are given graphic proofs and samples to view prior to printing so you know exactly how your card will look when it is printed and made. It is VERY important for you to view the proofs carefully and edit any errors if necessary, we will print upon the approval of your proofs.

If you need to verify colors for the card and ribbon, we will also send you swatches or match your swatches. Please allow extra time for color matching and ordering in of special colors of paper and ribbon. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy so the printed finished products are exactly what you'd like and what we've promised to do. Any changes you wish to make after approving the proofs may incur extra printing fees so please be careful with your proofs.

Please note that all our invitation styles are handmade, so there maybe some discrepencies and no two are alike. If you would like to assemble them yourselves, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, assembling are included and we assemble them to our best standard.

We ship with UPS courier service that covers $100 basic insurance in the event of damaged or loss package if you would like to add more insurance to your shipment, or upgrade faster shipment, please let us know prior to shipping when we confirm your ship date.

If there are any errors on your invitations, if we've missed any details or if your invitations are damaged or loss, we'd be more than happy to replace your order and make extra cards for you so you have sufficient cards to be sent out to your guests. It's not always possible to make extra cards after your order is made so please order enough to cover any mistakes or allow for any last minute extra guests.

Please note that due to the nature of this custom-made design and printing service, all payment, including deposits are non-refundable.
