From the mountains to the sea, these bridal portraits encapsulated the bride and groom’s insatiable appetite for adventure, which led to their love for each other in the first place. It’s no wonder that Mt Bromo, in all its ethereal and mysterious beauty, was the fateful place where they met!

Dwarfed by the magnificent mountains and surrounded by Mother Nature’s beauty, the bride was breathtaking in her gorgeous gown and chic multi-coloured dress, both of which complemented the backdrop perfectly. Kudos to the Synchronal Photography team for going above and beyond in capturing these amazing shots!

Yu Li of Synchronal Photography: “Every love story is beautiful, but Wing and Dan’s is definitely one of our favourites. Three years ago, they shared a magnificent sunrise as strangers, at a secret spot in Mt Bromo away from the crowd. Fast forward to today, and their relationship has stood the test of time (and distance).

“We initially settled on an easily accessible Mt Bromo viewpoint, as it was impossible to get to their secret spot without scrambling on all fours. But we knew how much it meant to them to revisit that exact same spot where they met, as it was their very sense of adventure that had brought them together.

“So at 4am, we set out in the dark on a bumpy jeep, and hiked up steep slopes and narrow trails to above 2000m. With the blanket of stars above us, they retraced their steps, this time making their way up there together. It was a privilege exploring the diverse landscapes with these two – mountains, forest, desert and sea. It was nothing short of an adventure in itself!”
