We’re besotted with these drop-dead gorgeous styled bridal portraits! An art gallery is the perfect venue as it allows you to start with a blank canvas, and this concept of incorporating art into romance is a refreshing breath of fresh air. A modern take on everything, from attire to styling, it also shows that neutrals and monochrome palettes can be just as exciting. Many thanks to Ribka of Ever Mine Ever Thine Ever Ours for this chic concept, and to WeFreeze Photography for capturing these shots perfectly.

Ribka of Ever Mine Ever Thine Ever Ours: “The concept for the shoot was inspired by One Line Art, which is a simple yet intricate type of art. As an art and design enthusiast, I started to develop the idea, and the venue selection was obvious – we knew an art gallery would be the perfect place with its white walls, concrete floors and plenty of natural light.

“The colour palette selection was heavily influenced by the flowers and plants we wanted to include in the shoot, such as the dried palm leaves and tulip brownies. These two flowers seem to be the trendiest blooms lately. So we decided on shades of beige to represent the flowers, and black and white for the One Line Art. For the table settings, we went modern and organic with layers of pure linen tablecloths in different shades of beige and neutrals, with stacks of irregular ceramic plates, matte black cutlery and block candles.

“The modern aesthetic extended to the attire, makeup, hair, accessories and jewellery – this style is for the modern, stylish and unique bride. We chose a jumpsuit and a black two-piece instead of a traditional gown, pairing them with dainty jewellery pieces and other accessories like the hair barrettes, artsy berets and straw hat. Although this was a styled shoot, we were hoping to break the mould and inspire couples to become more creative and daring in expressing themselves.”
