Having a cosy wedding doesn’t have to mean forgoing glitz, glamour and romance. As a matter of fact, it can be all that and more if you’re celebrating your wedding in the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur ballroom. Thanks, Elisa Florals, for doing a wonderful job, and Louis Gan Photography for capturing these details for us.

Bringing the garden vibe indoors, The Wedding Notebook team transformed this venue into a glamorous red and gold soiree, complete with Chiavari garden chairs, lush greenery, deep red floral elements, and gilded accessories to dress up the tablescapes. Adding to the warmth of the room was a paper banner backdrop in shades of red, instead of a bare wall. The rouge décor really added to the romance of the entire space, while the gold brought in plenty of glitz and glamour.

Fitting up to just 230 people, the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur ballroom is the perfect option for keeping your guest list lean so you can really celebrate your union with the people dearest to you. Also worth mentioning is the top notch glassware available, including the gold lining show plates we used for this styled shoot, and the Burgundy and Bordeaux wine glasses – ideal for clinking with your guests as they toast to your union!
