Michelle and Kiat Ming celebrated their love in an enchanting outdoor wedding at Tiarasa Escapes, Janda Baik. The couple fell in love with Tiarasa’s natural and preserved landscape that perfectly suits their love for the sun and outdoor activities. They wanted an outdoor wedding to celebrate their love amidst the beauty of nature. The venue’s untouched beauty and landscape provided the perfect setting for their special day.

Their wedding event was a three-day, two-night celebration. The first night was a family gathering, where their closest family members stayed overnight at the glamping venue soaking up fresh air and enjoying the sun. On the second day, their main reception event welcomed 180 guests comprised of their family members and friends witnessing the exchange of vows and later moving on to the dinner party. Michelle and Kiat Ming first met in 2014, before getting into a relationship in 2017 while they were studying in the UK. Their wedding was a beautiful celebration of the love and commitment that they had nurtured throughout their long and fulfilling journey together.

This entrepreneur couple had a stress-free wedding preparation as they handed everything to their wedding planner; XO23 Wedding Events. The bride shared that the wedding planner and decorator did an amazing job as she initially had no clear vision of how she wanted her wedding to look like. Recalling the wedding preparations done through consultations with the planner, Michelle shared “What they showed during discussion were already brilliant, but when we first saw the completed decoration on that day, we definitely know XO23 gave more than what they promised, and more than what we expected. The sketches and plans do no justice to the outcome of their work. It was simply amazing and they know what to do to match the ambiance of the venue well”.

The couple also took an easy approach in dressing themselves for the wedding, where they had no specific idea in mind, but complemented each other’s look just nicely on that day. “I just chose that dress for the day event to showcase my legs, elongate my legs a little,” Michelle joked about her feathery-asymmetrical-hem dress which playfully and beautifully fits the nature setting. Her groom matched her in a beige suit with hints of dark brown for his shoes and bow tie. For the night, the bride changed into a playful pantsuit with a layer of Tutu that can be detached to reveal the tailored pants underneath. She entered the party with the Tutu on, and removed them as the crowd got ready to party to the live music playing later.
