Located within the heart of the city lies The Pavilion Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. A stone’s throw from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur this is as convenient as a location can be. It is also a great venue for wedding as its ballroom can fit up to 180 pax, while offering a picturesque outdoor option for your ceremony. Your guests would also be delighted to stroll through the big expanse of the Pavilion Mall when they are not attending your wedding.
Garden Wedding at Pavilion Hotel
As featured in our 12 hotels with outdoor space for your ceremony, lesser known is Pavilion Hotel’s centre court which is an outdoor courtyard flanked by a 90 feet cascading water feature. The cherry on top of this area is the skylight roof suspended from the 18th floor that would shield guests from both rain and heat. The centrecourt is minimally decorated, only 15 foot trees stand in rows on either side which makes this space less challenging for your decorator. The court seats 120 guests and a minimum spend of RM 32000 on wedding packages is required to use this space. Chairs and small tables will be provided but decorations, sound systems, projectors would have to be outsourced.
Pavilion Ballroom
The reception can be held in the contemporarily decorated Pavilion Ballroom that can accommodate 18 round tables. The ballroom is fitted with basic amenities and has a beautiful foyer for cocktails. Wedding packages start at RM 278 nett per person for a minimum booking of 150 guests.
Wedding Packages
Pavilion Hotel offers 2 different wedding packages, namely the Romance Package which starts at RM2,780 nett per table and the Eternity Package which starts at RM2,980 nett per table. The only difference between the 2 packages is that the Romance package only offers tidbits during pre-wedding cocktail, whilst the Eternity package offers both tidbits and canapés.
