We love the intimacy of having just a small group of friends and family to witness the important milestone of a Registration Of Marriage (ROM). The warmth and simplicity of this bride and groom’s celebration stem from the woodsy accents of the furniture, and the wonderful pops of colour from the flowers and décor. Thank you to Albert G. of Memoir Click Studio for sending us this wonderful set of photos.
Siew Na: “We adopted a rustic and vintage theme as we wanted to have it simple but keep it lovely and warm. We found Café 1988 and thought it fit what we wanted, as the interior décor was simple but still had a very rustic feel. The chalkboard, wooden furniture, vintage bicycle, dried flowers and gardening details added to the entire look. It was really fun to have our ROM there and will be a sweet memory to last a lifetime.”
Yaw Fatt: “The most memorable moment was when we were exchanging our vows. Although it was pre-scripted, short and simple – when it came to the very moment, I found myself choking back the emotions in between sentences. When I looked into her eyes, I thought of all the memories we have had in our seven years together. I’ve never been a sweet talker, but I needed to grab this opportunity to voice my gratitude and appreciation for our relationship and for her. There definitely were tears.”
