We love how this bride used small DIY touches in her décor to bring together her rustic floral wedding. From the high ceilings to the exposed brick walls, everything was enhanced by simple floral elements, particularly the floral wedding arch and white flowers. Many thanks to Chong Yee Photography for these lovely photos!
Sarah: “I initially wanted it to be a vintage-themed wedding, but I found it a little difficult to do on my own so it ended up being more rustic and floral, with the décor being travel-themed. The colour theme was blush pink because I like soft pastel colors and thought it would look very feminine.
“At first I wanted a big hot air balloon, but it wasn’t possible to get so I scaled it down to a photo area with travel direction signboards and a lot of burlap (closest to blush pink) and lavender scented potpourri. It ended up being a simple rustic theme – we also decorated the Chiavari chairs with burlap, with the floral arch in front being the main piece of décor.”
