The couple chose Cappadocia for its picturesque landscape, and also to avoid their photos looking “overdone”, but not everything went according to plan. As the bride shared, “We were hoping to catch shots of hot air balloons in the background for our bridal portraits but the weather prevented that. It was really upsetting as we had to get up early each day to check the weather forecast.”
There were even days where the couple had begun hair and makeup, only to be informed that the authorities had not given the go-ahead for balloon companies to fly. Nonetheless, they made the most of their time by exploring the beautiful city and taking in the richness of its culture. We especially love the shots that captured the vast sense of whiteness that is characteristic of Cappadocia. “We did enjoy ourselves and truly had an amazing time in the end,” said the bride.
