There’s something romantic about fairy lights at night that gives a celebration that extra glow. For this ROM, the bride and groom chose to keep things simple, focusing on the wooden elements of the venue and complementing them perfectly with a clean white and green colour palette that was reminiscent of the Kinfolk-inspired minimalist trend.
We loved the bride’s gorgeous lacy gown and the groom’s smart checked shirt with khaki blazer. Casual and intimate, it was indeed the perfect celebration of their love. Many thanks to Arture Photography for this sweet set of photos.
Ee Vonn: “The most memorable moments of our big day were when my dad walked me down the aisle, giving my hand to the love of my life and entrusting me to him, and also the exchanging of vows. Not to mention we had the best time with all our closest family and friends!
“The theme for our ROM was bohemian and earthy, with a colour palette of white and green with wooden elements. Tavern 13 was our choice because the size of the venue was just right for the amount of guests we wanted. We lit up the beautiful wooden interior of the place with fairy lights at night, and it was simply romantic and beautiful to dance under those star lights.”
Tips from the bride: “Give yourself more time to do loads of research and gather ideas. Get advice from experienced family and friends, and don’t hesitate to ask for help when needed. To save costs, DIY is always the best choice!”
