We can’t get enough of these lush florals and warm wooden tones, set against the beautiful backdrop of the venue’s expansive windows and high ceilings. Held in Bentong, Pahang, this pre-Covid wedding was possibly one of the last few before restrictions were imposed. Bonus tip: the beautiful dais background from the ceremony was repurposed into a photo booth at the reception! Many thanks to Manoj Photography for this amazing set of photos.
Dovile: “Seeing the décor team put everything together after I’d been visualising the setup for the past few months was a dream come true. Also, seeing all our friends and family with nothing but true joy in their eyes.
“We wanted it to be bohemian rustic, simply because it was the closest to what we feel, as we both love nature. We’re not big fans of luxurious looking things that are too perfect. We chose to have shades of beige, cream and pink mixed with some greenery, as both of the venues were surrounded by beautiful nature. We wanted the décor to blend in with the surroundings and create a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.”
Tips from the bride: “Seek perfection but don’t obsess over the little things. It’s very important to find a decorator that understands your vision without you needing to explain too much. Just enjoy the process!”
