A Botanical Chic Wedding at Studio Three Sixteen With Fur-kids

We love it when a bridal couple incorporates their great loves into their special day. For these newlyweds, it was their two fur-babies who not only got to attend the nuptials, but also featured prominently in the décor. The neon lights were a chic addition that upped the glam factor, and hats off to this special couple for making their celebration as environmentally conscious as possible too! Many thanks to Bloc Memoire Photography for capturing such beautiful photos.

Spectacular Sunset Wedding Portraits at Boranup in Perth

We see a world of adventure and joy ahead for this couple, who shot their spectacular wedding portrait album at Boranup in the south of Perth. Opting for a casual photoshoot, the couple (and their photographer) spent an enjoyable and idyllic day journeying through the lush and tranquil Boranup woodlands and quaint town of Fremantle. Nature’s forest hues and golden sunsets certainly made for a wonderful tapestry that ensured a memorable day out. Kudos to Iluminen for these fantastic photos!

A DIY Rustic Chic Wedding at Rowan & Parsley, Johor Bahru

Their intention to keep things cosy and simple did not stop these newlyweds from pulling out all the stops when it came to the little details that added flair and elegance to their wedding soiree. What’s even more impressive was that the wedding was entirely DIY. Granted, the venue was already a gem on its own, but the flowers and liberal use of eucalyptus, ferns and herbs really brought the rustic chic theme together. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous set of photos, Peter Herman Photography!

A Rustic Yet Elegant Barn Wedding in Victoria

Don’t let the bright blue skies deceive you; this beautiful rustic wedding took place right in the middle of winter! Australian winters often come through with great weather, and these cosy nuptials found the perfect setting at Stones of the Yarra Valley in Victoria. With picturesque grounds and a barn that was just perfect for the exchanging of vows, Stones was the ideal venue, and the newlyweds made sure to add little touches to personalise the space for their special day. From the mismatched bridesmaids’ dresses with leather jackets to the sweet table names and wedding favours, this celebration of love was also very much a really fun party! Keeping…

    Stunning Landscapes In New Zealand

If you’re running short on ideas on how to make your wedding portrait album a remarkable one, let a stunning landscape win half the battle for you. Waen Yien and Vui Jiin’s beautiful love story practically narrates itself as they stood in the New Zealand’s countryside, against arresting backdrops of majestic mountains, grasslands, rivers, a quaint cobblestone church and even the night sky ablaze with stars. It was a full day’s shoot with four wardrobe and hairdo changes for the couple, but they handled it with ease thanks to the beautiful weather. On a deeper level, we love how the vast expanse of the landscapes around them and the starry…

An Earthy, Blush Pink Church Wedding In Singapore

Eucalyptus leaves, chosen for their scent and deep green colour, were the main decorative point for this wedding, and what a beautiful way to tie the décor together! From the cake and the decorations to the bouquets and the invitations, hues of blush pink contrasted beautifully against the rich green shades. Set against the backdrop of a classic church that was filled with natural light, this wedding was simple yet elegant, nature-focussed yet modern. The couple looked absolutely breathtaking in their attire and every bit in love with each other. Many thanks to Bloc Memoire Photography for this beautiful set of photos!

A Cosy White And Green ROM At Tavern 13

There’s something romantic about fairy lights at night that gives a celebration that extra glow. For this ROM, the bride and groom chose to keep things simple, focusing on the wooden elements of the venue and complementing them perfectly with a clean white and green colour palette that was reminiscent of the Kinfolk-inspired minimalist trend. We loved the bride’s gorgeous lacy gown and the groom’s smart checked shirt with khaki blazer. Casual and intimate, it was indeed the perfect celebration of their love. Many thanks to Arture Photography for this sweet set of photos.

A Traditional Chinese Gate-Crashing And Tea Ceremony In Red

This couple is proof that tradition does not have to mean boring and old-fashioned at all. Done right, it can look vibrant and lively, and be a meaningful reminder of our roots and heritage. Li Jun and Erwin went all out, with the bride in full traditional bridal regalia: a resplendent “Qua”, the traditional Chinese wedding costume, complete with a gold headdress, lacy red veil and embroidered shoes. Her entourage of “Chi Mui” matched her in striking red cheongsams, while the groom himself showed up in a mandarin-collared suit. The gate-crashing ceremony created a lively atmosphere of joy and laughter, and really set the tone for the tea ceremony that…

    Vintage Shabby Chic

A lovely navy blue and orange vintage garden wedding that exuded warmth and was filled with DIY touches put together by family and friends. Having grown up together for seven years, Pearlyn and Rongzhao’s relationship has seen both the joys and pains of life. Read more about their courtship on their wedding website here and check out these lovely images by AndroidsinBoots. Pearlyn: “We wanted to keep things economical so we didn’t hire a wedding planner, but we did get help and advice from a wedding coordinator as well as from our friends. The décor contained elements of different aesthetics that we both like, shabby chic and vintage, and it…
