A Fresh Perspective Of Enderong Resort, Janda Baik

While there is a certain assurance in using a photographer who has shot in your wedding venue before, there’s also unexpected beauty to be found when you hire someone who hasn’t. A new perspective is often surprising and refreshing to see. Harvard Wang is a photographer based in Melbourne. Even though he’s Malaysian, this is his first wedding shoot in the country.

This Day Last Year At Tanarimba

This is no ordinary post. A month ago, William sent us an email saying that he wanted to submit his wedding story to surprise his wife, who will be abroad for their anniversary. He said that she has always wanted to send us their story, but never got around to doing it. How thoughtful of him! We’re amazed that he could provide us with all the details of his wedding vendors. He’s a good man, Trisha, and we hope you can feel his love from afar. Thanks to Anna-Rina and Matt for capturing these beautiful memories. “Hi dear, I hope this post is a surprise! It’s our 1st wedding anniversary!…

Romantic And Dreamy Wedding At Tanarimba

For many bridal couples, the real trick is in making sure that the customary ceremony does not keep them so busy that they forget to enjoy their big day. We love how this bride embraced every special moment of her wedding, both with her new husband and her dad. Thanks, Jonathan Ong for these beautiful moments captured.

    Dusty Spring At Tanarimba

We love how, when Suzi shared with us the special moments from her wedding, we are reminded that oftentimes it is the things you don’t plan that actually turn out more meaningful. So take a deep breath, sit back and enjoy your wedding day, because it’s really supposed to be that simple! Thanks, Jane from hellojanelee, for sending over the story of this lovely couple.

A Rustic Travel Themed Reception At Janda Baik

This bride didn’t want fresh flowers at all because she wanted something special and long-lasting, so she DIY-ed her own bridal bouquet and the groom’s corsage. For the rest of the décor, Bliss & Glitz conceptualised a travel theme for the couple since they travel a lot together, combining it with the rustic feel that the bride wanted. Thanks, Memoir Click Studio, for sharing this awesome shoot with us. Sharon: “The most memorable moment for me was when we exchanged our vows in front of all the guests. After 11 years together, through thick and thin, we have finally come to a new chapter of life. My emotions peaked and…

    Coffee-Themed Wedding At Janda Baik

About an hour away from bustling KL is Tanarimba, a lovely, lush resort nestled snugly amidst the fresh greenery and rustic pine trees of Janda Baik. Way before their relationship began, these two coffee lovers would occasionally bump into each other during their morning coffee rituals at the office. So it was no surprise for us to see coffee elements popping up in their wedding. In fact, Kimberly and Kevin had a coffee-themed wedding, where even the tables were named after types of coffee, with a short description of each. They definitely couldn’t settle for instant coffee, so they got a barista who brought an espresso machine all the way…

    Carnival-Themed Celebration

We really enjoyed watching this video. It’s bursting with colour and features a fun group of people. You can feel their energy! At the end of the day, this is what weddings are all about, isn’t it? A very big, fun celebration. Make sure you watch the entire thing. This is the kind of video that all your guests will want to watch again after the wedding.
