A Beautiful DIY Church Wedding in Kuala Lumpur

Tying the knot in their church gave these newlyweds more than just sentimental value; it was also the perfect venue for their minimalist DIY wedding. The exposed brick wall was the perfect backdrop, and all they needed to add were flowers and plenty of joy and love. The bride even opted to make all that greenery the main element of the décor. We love how everything looked so effortlessly pulled together. Many thanks to Jessielyee. Photography for this beautiful set of photos!

An Elegant Wedding with Loved Ones and a Furbaby at ACME Bar & Coffee, Troika

We love minimalist wedding themes for the simple reason that they are sensible and tasteful, and they make wonderful pictures without consuming too much of the couple’s energy during the wedding planning. Thanks for these amazing shots, Andrew Chow of Munkeat Studio!

The bride wanted something simple yet elegant, without overly bold décor. The couple loved the vibe at ACME Bar & Coffee, Troika, not just for its cosy setting complete with fairy lights and a really swanky feel, but also for the fact that they were allowed to have their precious furbaby join in the ceremony.

Blush Tones in Rustic Woodland-themed Wedding at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur

We can’t take our eyes off the pretty colours and details in this lovely couple’s woodland-themed wedding at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. They had always envisioned their wedding to be simple, rustic and preferably taking place in the woods, but they understood the challenges of the humidity and heat in Kuala Lumpur. Hence this beautifully styled woodland theme in an enchanting glass hall for their exchange of vows. Thanks for these brilliant pictures, Louis Gan Photography!

A Romantic Lavender Garden Wedding at Pandawa Cliff Estate, Bali

There’s something so romantic about getting married by the sea, and it’s even better if you’re up on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The bride and groom of this wedding chose to build their wedding theme around the colour lavender, punctuated with wooden accents such as rattan pendant lights, oak chairs and wooden plates. The combination of grey, green and blush pink with lavender was beautiful and effortlessly elegant. Many thanks to Fire, Wood & Earth for this absolutely gorgeous set of photos!

White and Gold Minimalism with The Westin Kuala Lumpur

Muted neutrals kept the colour palette fresh and modern, while decorative elements such as DIY crystal stones in bell jars and gilded candlesticks injected glamour. Meanwhile, white chairs, white flowers with eucalyptus leaves, and dried wildflowers in grey vases brought a touch of Scandinavian aesthetic to the mix. Thanks, Inlight Photos, for always capturing good photos for us, and a huge thumbs up to Warm Wishes Florist for doing such a great job with our brief. Paired with The Westin Kuala Lumpur’s impeccable catering services – from the customised menu right down to the presentation and plating – no detail was overlooked. Thanks to them, everything was completely fuss-free as…

A Rustic Yet Elegant Barn Wedding in Victoria

Don’t let the bright blue skies deceive you; this beautiful rustic wedding took place right in the middle of winter! Australian winters often come through with great weather, and these cosy nuptials found the perfect setting at Stones of the Yarra Valley in Victoria. With picturesque grounds and a barn that was just perfect for the exchanging of vows, Stones was the ideal venue, and the newlyweds made sure to add little touches to personalise the space for their special day. An Earthy DIY Cosy Garden Wedding

Sometimes the best-laid plans are when there are fewer or close to no plans. These newlyweds pulled off their cosy garden wedding, including DIY projects such as the ring pillow and wedding arch, in surprisingly little time! The garden surroundings were the perfect complement to their simple and clean colour palette. Keeping with the nature theme, the bridal bouquet was understated and gorgeous, with eucalyptus branches standing in contrast to the white and cream flowers. Also juxtaposed against the green and white shades were the wooden textures and accents. Meanwhile, the bridal party wore grey to keep things neutral and ensure that the focus was on the bridal couple’s celebration…
