An Artistic and Dreamy Film Bridal Photoshoot in Batu Pahat, Johor
At first glance, these bridal portraits look like they are straight out of a Japanese countryside. There’s a forgotten quality of film photography that is only achieved in digital photos with edits or filters these days. This styled photoshoot that was shot with a Kodak Portra400 and Canon Eos55 created the perfect dreamy vibe for this couple, and one would never have guessed that it was done right here in Batu Pahat, Johor! It’s amazing what a little creative styling and an old-fashioned film camera can do. Many thanks to Rayson Lo and Yandha Goh of Sanren Studio for this wonderful set of photos. Pre-Wedding Album in Loving Memory of a Family Pet
We have never seen a pre-wedding album quite as moving as this one; it brought tears to our eyes. Knowing that they would soon have to bid goodbye to their beloved pet, this couple planned their wedding photoshoot within a week just so they could include their chow chow, Richman, before he passed. Thank you for this meaningful album, nest窝.

A DIY Rustic Chic Wedding at Rowan & Parsley, Johor Bahru
Their intention to keep things cosy and simple did not stop these newlyweds from pulling out all the stops when it came to the little details that added flair and elegance to their wedding soiree. What’s even more impressive was that the wedding was entirely DIY. Granted, the venue was already a gem on its own, but the flowers and liberal use of eucalyptus, ferns and herbs really brought the rustic chic theme together. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous set of photos, Peter Herman Photography!

Luscious Green And Blush Rustic Garden Wedding At Pulai Spring Resort Johor
It was their mutual love for classical music and the outdoors that made Pulai Spring Resort Johor an easy yes for this handsome couple. “From the moment we set foot in it actually,” the bride, Michelle, shared. Set on a golf course, the resort features a vast expanse of greenery, providing the couple with the canvas they had always envisioned for their wedding. Theming the affair “Rustic Garden”, they ornamented the pretty lawn with a palette of pink and pastels, plus hints of gold for a romantic touch. “Hani, our florist, did a fantastic job making our day beautiful,” said Michelle. And for the proverbial cherry on top, the newlyweds…

A Rustic Vintage ROM in Muar, Johor
We love the intimacy of having just a small group of friends and family to witness the important milestone of a Registration Of Marriage (ROM). The warmth and simplicity of this bride and groom’s celebration stem from the woodsy accents of the furniture, and the wonderful pops of colour from the flowers and décor. Thank you to Albert G. of Memoir Click Studio for sending us this wonderful set of photos.
