A Romantic, Moody Floral Wedding at Sentul Depot, Kuala Lumpur
The pandemic definitely threw a spanner into the works, but that didn’t stop Eileen and Nicholas from planning their dream wedding – and having the time of their lives when they finally got to celebrate their union. We know many couples have had to recalibrate their wedding plans, and these newlyweds were no different. From the décor to the delectable cheeseboard, they put extra thought into their special day to make their guests feel as if they had “travelled” somewhere. Many thanks to Natasha Khoo of The Peak Xperience for the gorgeous setup and Vinoth Raj Pillai for capturing these beautiful photos of joy! Additional decor photos above in this…

A Modern Art-inspired Floral Wedding at an Art Gallery in Singapore
File this one under wedding inspirations! Who knew an art gallery would be so perfect for a wedding, but of course – the perfect lighting, white walls, beautiful pieces of art as the backdrop and an intimate setting… what more could you ask for? We also love how the bride and groom were styled to complement the decorative elements in this space. Many thanks to The Wildest Dreams, 8dec and This Humid House for this gorgeously styled shoot, and to Maritha Mae for capturing these beautiful photos. Pei Li of 8dec: “For this modern art-inspired wedding editorial, our team searched high and low to find the perfect light-filled, minimalist art…

A Pastel Indoor Garden Wedding At Lightbox, Sungai Buloh
From the bride’s lovely floral ‘cheongsam’ to the amazing floral crescent and photo wall, the abundance of flowers and greenery certainly elevated this wedding to the next level. The floral elements were not the only standouts in the décor, however. The romantic, semi-circle layout of the ceremony that allowed for the hall to be “flipped” for the reception was a clever touch. This has become the more sought-after option, as having the ceremony and reception in the same space minimises movement and makes the logistics easier. In Covid-19 times, this is a definite plus. Against the minimalist colour theme, the exposed brick wall and draped cloths were an interesting contrast…

An Oriental Themed Styled Shoot at Mandai Connection, Singapore
We love the oriental artistry of this beautiful styled shot at Mandai Connection by Everything With Crates. The colour play with pastels and blush shimmer gives these images an exquisite touch that is as romantic as it is elegant. Thank you for these lovely pictures, Natalie Wong Photography! Inspired by the Chinese folklore ‘Butterfly Lovers’, this album recreates the dramatic love story of Liang Shan Bo and Zhu Yin Tai, also known as the Chinese version of Romeo and Juliet. Soft romantic hues, floral embroidery and butterfly elements take centre stage on this gorgeous set, highlighting the tender devotion of the couple.

Opulent 20s-Themed Wedding at The Westin Jakarta
We were just spellbound going through the photos from this spectacular wedding at The Westin Jakarta, Indonesia. The glitz and glamour were everything that the deserving couple tried to achieve – and did with the help of Casabono Wedding. Kudos to Mordèn for the amazing captures!

An Outdoor Garden Ceremony at Zebra Square Kuala Lumpur
This is a beautiful love story of a man who surprised the love of his life with a day trip to Tasmania from Sydney, where they live. He proposed to her on a lavender farm that was in full bloom. Fast forward to their wedding day, held at Zebra Square in Kuala Lumpur, and we love how the sophisticated venue was adorned in a dreamy palette of lavender, pink and blush beautifully put together by Hooraydeco. Thank you for this gorgeous album, Basetime Production!

A White and Green Minimalist Elegant Wedding at Metal Bees
Minimalist elegance is a popular wedding theme for good reason. Clean cut and semi-industrial spaces like Metal Bees Production House in Petaling Jaya make brilliant venues for couples who, like these lovebirds, desire to keep things in perspective by spending less time on prep and more time on preparing for their marriage. Thank you for these superb shots, Louis Gan of MunKeat Studio!

Beach Styled Shoot With Elegant Dried Flowers
If you fancy the idea of using dried flowers for your wedding, we say to you: do it. Pepper Suite Events, Fire, Wood & Earth, and Verena Mia fused their creative genius for this collaborative styled shoot, “Untamed”, which celebrates the spirit of being wild and free. Two décor canvases – the first bohemian and the second, a beach – lent a contrasting visual effect to the natural elements and the flowing gowns by Mia. We love the splendid ocean view all around The Asmara Nusa Dua, and the nearby semi-private beach with rocky cliffs in the background was perfect for the second styled shoot. The gowns – one a soft grey-blue tone and the other, a pale mauve – were made of layers of silk…

Soft Lilac Grey and Dark Foliage For a Romantic Theme At Le Méridien Putrajaya
What a joy to have our first project of the year at the beautiful and contemporary Junior Ballroom of the Le Méridien Putrajaya! It was great getting to style a different space, even though we still haven’t quite moved on from that gorgeous styled shoot we did at their pool area last year. Thank you, Jason of MJK Photography, for capturing it all in photos.

A Rustic Yet Elegant Barn Wedding in Victoria
Don’t let the bright blue skies deceive you; this beautiful rustic wedding took place right in the middle of winter! Australian winters often come through with great weather, and these cosy nuptials found the perfect setting at Stones of the Yarra Valley in Victoria. With picturesque grounds and a barn that was just perfect for the exchanging of vows, Stones was the ideal venue, and the newlyweds made sure to add little touches to personalise the space for their special day. From the mismatched bridesmaids’ dresses with leather jackets to the sweet table names and wedding favours, this celebration of love was also very much a really fun party! Keeping…

Minimalist And Elegant Ocean-Themed Styled Shoot In Hong Kong
A wedding gown for her and smart suit for him, a bridal bouquet, the couple’s favourite beach and a wedding photographer – how’s this for simple yet elegant wedding portraits? Add a beautifully calligraphed card with the wedding details, and this could also be an ocean-themed ‘save the date’ card or wedding invitation. Check out this minimalist styled shoot that took place on a stretch of beach with a unique landscape in Hong Kong. We love how the album turned out: romantic and dreamy, washed in sunlight and set against a backdrop of glistening blue-grey ocean. Marvellous shots, Savour Productions!
