A Rustic Chic, Dusty Pink Vineyard Wedding in the Yarra Valley

With deep, moody hues set against bright white blooms, and dark eucalyptus leaves contrasting textured wheat stalks, this chic wedding was simply gorgeous! The ivy-covered walls and warm wooden textures were the perfect backdrop, and we especially love the ceiling bouquet of flowers that took the place of a chandelier! The bride looked absolutely resplendent in her lacy bridal gown and classic jewellery, and the entire bridal party was truly a sight to behold. Many thanks to Jasmine A. Photography for this unbelievably beautiful set of photos.

Rustic Themed Wedding At Stones Of The Yarra Valley

Every time we look at photos from the Yarra Valley, our hearts skip a beat. The Stables at Stones look so amazing with its simple rustic setting. This couple didn’t have a bridal party, and honestly, no one says it’s a must. Why choose when you have a great bunch of close friends and they’re all among the selected few attending your wedding, right? Thanks, Jonathan Ong, for this stunning set of photos. Hamish: “While our ‘first look’ was such a special and exciting moment for us both, there’s something about the chapel doors swinging open and the quartet beginning to play the bridal march that took my breath away.…

    Rustic Minimalistic

Sometimes we feel that there is more to simple weddings. This wedding held at Stones of the Yarra Valley, an hour from Melbourne, is a wonderful example of that. Jessica went for a very simple natural look, and instead of a bouquet or veil, she wore an ethereal floral headpiece for a rustic look. It is just so refreshing to see brides wearing their hair down once in a while. For her wedding gown, she chose a crinkled creation made from spotted tulle that was designed by Gwendolynne Burkin. The décor featured amber beer bottles that the bridal couple had collected over time, hanging from the oak tree under which…
