A Warm Hues Beach Wedding at SALA Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort

A wedding is a celebration of two individuals and their love for one another, which makes this season’s intimate weddings all the more special. This bride and groom took full advantage of the gorgeous beach backdrop by keeping their colour palette neutral, sticking with white florals and lush greenery. The bridesmaids wore shades of burnt orange, red and yellow, adding vibrant pops of colour to the celebration, and the bride and groom exchanged their vows before a pretty circle made of wheat stalks and leaves. Thanks to Peter Herman Photography for this gorgeous set of photos! TAYLOR & KRIS {Thailand} Photography by Peter Herman Photography / Videography by LEURA Film…

An Enthralling Pastel Beach Wedding Solemnisation at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, Thailand

Check out this beautiful wedding album that was shot at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, Thailand. The couple’s theme was based on three words: fun, intimate and whimsical. They set out to create their desired ambience – a rustic, relaxed and magical set-up surrounded by trees on the beach and enhanced by fairy lights. The theme colours of white, champagne, blue, shale, rose gold, burgundy and brown complemented the guests’ dress code of navy blue and white, and the bridal party’s shades of sky blue and lily green. The bridesmaids’ flowers were artificial flowers that were created by Beatrice’s bridesmaid, Elanna, and her mum, Silvia. This allowed the couple to…

A Chic, Elegant and Minimalist Outdoor Wedding in Koh Samui

Stunning views and island vibes make the perfect destination wedding setting, and this wedding is proof. Glamorous enough to be memorable yet casual enough that everyone was able to kick back and relax, it was the perfect balance. Keeping with the minimalist look, the couple opted for a gilded square adorned with white flowers as their “wedding arch” – a wedding trend that has been quite popular of late. Many thanks to MunKeat Photography for this beautiful set of photos.

A Modern Geometric Themed Wedding in Phuket, Thailand

We love the simplicity of this wedding pulled together by Wedding Boutique Phuket, from the gilded geometric elements and the lush leaves and florals to the pops of white and glamourous touches. The best thing about this soiree was that it was very true to the bride and groom. At the end of the day, it resonated with who they were as a couple, and they managed to celebrate the best moments of their big day with their loved ones: with speeches, dancing and so much love. Many thanks to Ameirfikri Photography for capturing all the joy, laughter and delight.

Amazing Ocean View Wedding at COMO Point Yamu, Phuket

We were absolutely floored by this wedding venue! COMO Point Yamu in Phuket, Thailand, could not have been more perfect for this beautiful couple and their guests. She, a mountain lover, and he, a water feature enthusiast, were enthralled by the lovely compound during their recce. Thanks, hellojanelee, for sharing this with us. Located at the tip of Cape Yamu overlooking the Andaman Sea and Phang Nga Bay, COMO features designer interiors, splendid surroundings, and a cliff side garden with magnificent views of the ocean. It was the very laidback yet lux aesthetic the couple desired.

A Romantic Golden Beach Wedding In Koh Samui

It’s a known fact that nailing down the venue is the most important part to planning a wedding – and this couldn’t be truer for this bride and groom. We love the gold and blush tones, which definitely added to the romantic feel. The bridesmaids’ mismatched looks in gold were still cohesive, and the entire celebration was simple yet elegant, cosy, and overflowing with so much joy, love and laughter. Many thanks to Cherry May Ward for capturing these photos!

    A Lover, Not a Fighter

Fans of the Ip Man movie series, which tells the story of the legendary Wing Chun martial arts master, would be able to recognise this groom’s billowing robes. While in the movies Ip Man’s story focussed more on his martial arts and less on his relationship with his wife, it was still deeply romantic, albeit subtly. In these bridal portraits, Sanit Portfolio has captured the love and romance between the groom and his bride, dressed in a beautiful cheongsam, in the style of the Ip Man movies. Set against the backdrop of vintage shophouses, neon lights and understated glamour, the photos are dramatic and classically beautiful.

A Turquoise Tropical Wedding At Koh Phi Phi

Imagine exchanging your vows overlooking the gorgeous Andaman Ocean, in the presence of your closest friends and family, with the salty sea breeze in your hair and soft sand between your toes. That’s exactly what this bride and groom did. The bride looked resplendent in her lace-back mermaid-style wedding gown, which was perfectly complemented by her bridal bouquet of white roses and flowers. Many thanks to

A Stylish Hamptons-Inspired Outdoor Wedding in Phuket

An intimate soiree filled with cocktails, summer breezes and partying late into the night are all reminiscent of a luxe Hamptons party in the summer. Aside from the all-white glamour of this wedding, we love the unexpected details that made it really stand out, from the bridal bouquet of cascading white orchids to the groom’s light linen suit and the mother of the bride’s sleek and gorgeous jumpsuit. The white floral décor added to the beauty of the day, starting with the breathtaking floral arch and continuing with the reception table centerpieces. Many thanks to Nigel Lim Photography for capturing these stunning shots. Jacqueline: “Our best friend created a video…

A Private Outdoor Wedding At Villa Wang Nam Jai, Phuket

Grey and peach may be two contrasting colours but the coolness of grey and the warmness of peach hues are gorgeous when placed together. Set against the perfect backdrop of the ocean, with the sound of crashing waves and enveloped by the salty sea air, this wedding was subtle and sweet. Once the sun had set, the addition of fairy lights, candles and light box initials instantly added a touch of magic. Many thanks to Cloud9 Imagery for sending us this set of photos. A DIY Destination Wedding At Koh Samui

Ita and Michael didn’t have a very good experience with the wedding planner for their destination wedding. Most destination wedding packages in this region include a wedding planner fee, so always double check before you sign a contract with the venue. Find out what is included in the package and what you need to source yourself, and make sure everything is in black and white. Venues are usually more surprising before you make your deposit. Their wedding planning hiccup aside, as this couple discovered, a destination beach wedding can be lots of fun. Thanks, Chris Spira, for sharing this with us. We can’t wait to see more of your work…

    Destination Wedding At Rayavadee, Krabi

It takes a woman of great character and confidence to put on such a simple dress for her wedding day. There’s a difference between “you look great” and “that’s a great dress”. The celebration was small enough to be personal, and more importantly, they didn’t run out of booze so everyone could party all night long. Another wedding fully photographed in film, Brian Ho of thegaleria did a cool job, so thanks!
