A Grand Cathedral Ceremony In Jakarta Followed By A Rustic Outdoor Reception At The Edge, Bali
Even when you’re in your home country, you can have a destination wedding of sorts! This couple had their wedding ceremony in Jakarta Cathedral, then their dinner reception the next day at The Edge Villas Uluwatu, Bali. Jakarta Cathedral, with its vaulted teakwood ceilings and sunlight streaming through long, narrow windows above the grand main altar, needed only minimal decorations. From the bride’s baby’s breath bouquet to the white-on-white floral pew hangers and textured white carpet, everything was kept simple. This allowed the grandeur of the venue to truly shine, lending an air of solemnity and awe to the proceedings. Many thanks to Illuminen Photography for sharing these wonderful photos…

Thank you, Axioo, for sharing this with our readers.

We love your photography and videography work very much! Verawati: “Everything went well. It’s hard to say which was the most memorable moment, but if I had to choose, I would go with…
