Vatel Manila came from an idea born at The Mango Farm in late 2005. It was inspired by the 2000 film Vatel, starring Gérard Depardieu and Uma Thurman. In it, Depardieu plays François Vatel, the Master of Festivities and Pleasures in the court of Louis II de Bourbon, Prince de Condé.
Vatel Manila’s aesthetic is best described as refined simplicity. To them, every venue is a canvas for them to transform, using simple but lovely setups that define a personal style.
They also specialise in designing unique bridal bouquets for each bride. Vatel Manila is into the SoCal (Southern California) look: fresh, oftentimes loose, airy and feminine arrangements that are full of character and texture.
Their raison d’etre is to bring beauty to weddings in the Philippines.
