Inside a glass ceilinged chapel flooded with natural light, and decked out with lots of white flowers and lush greenery, these newlyweds exchanged their vows in the company of some of their closest friends and family. Choosing muted tones, the groomsmen wore grey suits while the bridesmaids looked resplendent in blue-gray lace kebayas. Lace was a defining texture, together with the wooden fixings. What a beautiful wedding, wonderfully captured by Iluminen.
Adista: “The theme was classic rustic, with white flowers at the centre of all the decorations. A cherished moment was during my entrance, which was accompanied by the string quartet and the song ‘All I Ask of You’ by Barbra Streisand. The look on Farry’s face gazing at me from the end of the aisle as I entered the chapel was unforgettable.”
Tips from the bride: “Have patience and determination. Things will go wrong, and it will happen at times when you really can’t do anything about it. But as long as you stay focused on the main reason you’re doing things, the way you see it will be much different. I looked to the Junebug wedding website for inspiration, but really I am surrounded by lots of wonderful, talented, creative people who helped me work much easier through things.”
